1. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing/using nscsummit.ng (“the Website”) or registering for NSC Summit 2025 (“the Event”), you agree to these legally binding terms. If you disagree, refrain from using the Website or participating in the Event.

2. Event Participation

2.1 Eligibility

• Open to student union executives or students authorized by school management from Nigerian tertiary institutions.
• Non-delegates may attend virtual sessions with prior registration.

2.2 Registration Requirements

• Schools must confirm sponsorship of ₦50,000 per delegate via official letter.
• Delegates must provide valid school ID and authorization documents.

2.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Participants shall not:
• Engage in discriminatory/harassing behavior
• Distribute unauthorized promotional materials
• Disrupt sessions or damage venue property
• Share login credentials for virtual sessions

3. Financial Terms

3.1 Registration Fee

• ₦50,000 covers:
• 3-day accommodation at approved facilities
• Summit materials package
• Local transportation between accommodation and venue
• Non-refundable except for Event cancellation by organizers.

3.2 Sponsor Obligations

• Sponsorship payments due within 14 days of agreement
• Logo submission must meet specifications (300dpi PNG/JPG)
• Benefits revoked for non-payment

4. Intellectual Property

• All summit content (logos, presentations, handouts) remains property of NSC Summit organizers.
• Recording of sessions strictly prohibited without written consent.
• Media partners grant NSC Summit perpetual rights to use event footage.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

5.1 Force Majeure

• Organizers not liable for cancellations/delays due to:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Venue emergencies
• Speaker unavailability

5.2 Health & Safety

• Participants assume all COVID-19/health risks
• Mandatory compliance with venue safety protocols

5.3 Content Disclaimer

• Views expressed by speakers are their own, not necessarily reflecting NSC Summit’s positions.

6. Data Protection

• Personal data processed per Privacy Policy
• By registering, you consent to:
• Sharing contact details with approved partners
• Event photography for promotional use

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Environmental Compliance

• All participants must:
• Use provided recycling stations
• Minimize single-use plastics
• Respect venue energy conservation rules

7.2 Disciplinary Action

• Violations may result in:
• Immediate expulsion from Event
• Blacklisting from future summits
• Legal action for severe breaches

8. Cancellation Policy

• By Participant: No refunds <30 days before Event
• By Organizers: Full refunds within 45 business days

9. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by Nigerian law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Ondo State courts.

10. Amendments

• We reserve rights to:
• Update Terms without prior notice
• Modify Event program/speakers
• Change venue with 30-day notice
